Part‑time Remote Fundraising Manager

About the role

This part‑time remote position focuses on designing, executing, and measuring fundraising strategies that advance the organization’s mission. You will work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure fundraising messages align with program priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate fundraising campaigns, including annual giving and special initiatives.
• Manage donor relationships, conduct outreach to prospective and existing supporters, and oversee stewardship communications.
• Research and identify major donor prospects, prepare proposals and impact reports.
• Maintain accurate records in donor management systems and monitor performance against targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with major donors and high‑impact donor relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for donor outreach and stewardship.
• Knowledge of philanthropy trends and best practices in charitable giving.
• Background in nonprofit fundraising, campaign planning, donor segmentation and recurring‑gift strategies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
