Consultant Opportunities in Somaliland – Various Sectors

About the role

FHI 360 UK is building a roster of expert consultants to provide short‑ and long‑term technical assistance in Somaliland. The consultancy covers a range of thematic areas, from women’s economic empowerment to humanitarian response and environmental resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance and advisory services on assigned thematic topics.
• Support project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and capacity‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed thematic areas.
• Preferably lived or worked in Somaliland or the broader Horn of Africa.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs.
