Pharo Health is launching a flagship diagnostic and healthcare services business in Somaliland and seeks a highly skilled Gastroenterologist to join its modern facility in Hargeisa. The role focuses on delivering expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
• Provide high‑quality clinical consultations for acute and chronic digestive disorders.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical quality and service development.
• Contribute to the establishment and growth of gastroenterology services within the facility.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in gastroenterology (Internal Medicine Sub‑Specialist).
• Proven clinical experience in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions.
• Ability to work in a modern diagnostic environment and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration.
