HSE Supervisor (Tier 2) – Baledogle

About the role

The HSE Supervisor (Tier 2) will lead health, safety and environmental (HSE) activities for the Baledogle project, ensuring compliance with company standards and military regulations while protecting personnel and the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of HSE programs, policies and subordinate personnel within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Provide HSE support to project and functional management, conducting audits, risk assessments and investigations.
• Identify hazards, manage risks, and oversee incident reporting, waste minimisation and pollution prevention.
• Maintain HSE records, reports and documentation to satisfy corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely inspections, investigations and reporting of HSE matters, adhering to AR 385‑63, DA Pam 385‑63, DoDI 3200.16 and related DoD standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six (6) years of HSE experience, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard email applications.
• Intermediate English reading, writing and speaking ability.
• Professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, OHST, CHST) is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the country of assignment.
