Security Manager – Lead Critical Operations in Mogadishu

About the role

You will direct a deployed security operation in Mogadishu, acting as the primary liaison between the client and the on‑site team. The role is residential, requiring 24/7 availability and rotation management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the close‑protection capability, including protective details and standby reaction elements.
• Run the operations room, manage watch rotations, and control movement coordination.
• Respond to incidents, monitor force fatigue, and ensure continuous client support.
• Oversee rotation and leave cycles, maintaining operational continuity.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of professional experience, with at least seven years in military, law enforcement, security or close protection.
• EQF Level 6 qualification (degree or mapped police/military rank) with documented proof.
• Current valid first‑aid certification (FPOS‑I or equivalent).
• Full fluency in English.
