Digital Media Content Creator (Volunteer)

About the role

Hello Debates is looking for a creative volunteer to produce engaging digital content that amplifies the impact of its youth‑focused programs. You will work closely with the communications team to design and publish videos, posts, and campaigns across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality promotional videos for programs, campaigns, and events.
• Create short‑form content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Edit video footage and develop visually compelling assets that align with the Hello Debates brand.
• Write creative captions and promotional copy to drive audience interaction.
• Collaborate with the communications team to plan and launch digital campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, video production, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent storytelling, creativity, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
